UPDATE 1.18.13: Apparently, when the LCD backlight died, it took the motherboard with it. Thank god I'm under warranty. Both are replaced, and I should have my laptop back by the end of next week. Bonus: The one dead pixel that I've had in the center of my screen for 2 years will be gone!

There's a thin line between that and tragedy.

What I mean to say is that I have to send in my laptop to get the inverter/backlight replaced. And JUST when I had  solved the crisis with Adobe no longer supporting my old-ass version of photoshop. I woke up last week to find it completely deactivated, and after jumping through nineteen hoops at technical support, was directed to a download link for CS2 (an upgrade in my case... that's how old my photoshop was) with IMPOSSIBLE installation instructions. Seriously, Adobe, those instructions were like a terrible Ikea parody.

Anyway, who knows how long it will be gone, or when the next time that I can work on PV will be. I know no one's hanging on to my every word around here or anything, but I hope these newly colored pages of Weaksauce I've been stacking up are enough to tide you over:
